SHIPPING and DELIVERY

Where: All wines are sold in California and title passes to the buyer in California. Phifer Pavitt DATE NIGHT makes no representations as to the legal rights of anyone to ship or import wines into any state outside of California. The buyer is solely responsible for shipment of wines. By placing an order, you are authorizing Phifer Pavitt DATE NIGHT to act on your behalf to engage a common carrier to deliver the items in your order.

How: We use specialty fulfillment companies to facilitate your shipping. You will be notified by email in advance of your shipping date. If you have a specific shipping timeframe in mind, please contact us in advance. West Coast deliveries are sent via GROUND on Mondays and Tuesdays. We recommend expedited shipping for all other deliveries. All Ground shipments to any state other than California, will be subject to delay due to excessive heat or inclement weather during transit.  Business addresses are preferable. All local Napa Valley deliveries are free of charge. State law requires a signature for all wine deliveries in all states.

When: Verona Society allocations will be shipped in the Spring and/or in the Fall to coincide with our release dates. Otherwise, wines may ship as temperatures permit, and we reserve the right to delay a shipment due to unfavorable conditions.

The buyer is solely responsible for shipment of alcoholic beverage products. Alcoholic beverages may be sold and delivered only to persons who are at least 21 years of age. In placing your order, you represent to us that you are at least 21 years old and that the person to whom you are directing delivery is at least 21 years old. When your alcoholic beverages are delivered, the person receiving delivery will be required to show identification proving that he or she is at least 21 years old. Pursuant to state laws, an adult signature is required for the delivery of all wine shipments.

Shipping carriers charge for all changes made during transit, including re-routing and returns. There is a charge of $25.00 or more for changes made after the shipment leaves the warehouse.

 

PRIVACY and SECURITY

At Phifer Pavitt Wine, we are committed to protecting your privacy. All order information is encrypted in order to ensure maximum security.  All the information you give us is completely private and used solely for order processing and shipping.  We will never sell or rent your information to third parties.

 

RETURN POLICY

Please contact us immediately if there is a problem with your order. All returns are handled on an individual basis. Our intention is to please our customers from the wine we make, to the service we provide.
