2019 Petit Verdot
Phifer Pavitt Society Members Only
Classically dazzling dark purple in color, with aromas that jump from the glass. Blackberry cheesecake, lilac, grape Jolly Rancher, hints of honeysuckle and lavender, almond roca, vanilla bean, Maraschino Cherry, chocolate ganache, with subtle notes of roasted herbs, and candy apple. On the palate, a fantastically engaging texture, succulent and velvety, with layers of milk chocolate, blackberry juice, blueberry candy, nectarine, crème fraîche, and maple. Extremely rich and balanced from start to finish. Drink 2023-2038
2018 RESERVE Sparkling Wine
On the nose scents of orange blossom, baked apple pie, and lemon curd mingle with hints of roasted almond and vanilla bean. In the glass, vibrant, fine beads guide bright and energetic bubbles filled with rich flavors of creme brulee and citrus zest to a palate that blooms effortlessly. This expressive glass of bubbles has enough personality to stand alone for a celebration or offer a beautiful compliment to an array of dishes from burgers to caviar.

2022 Rosé of Cabernet Sauvignon
Aromatically tantalizing, with fresh strawberries, clover, guava, strawberry sugar dust, night blooming jasmine, lime zest, and mint leaf. The flavors are both bright and rich with fleshy peach, apricot juice, créme fraîche, cinnamon stick, vanilla icing, orange caramel, crisp, refreshing, succulent, and quenching.
